I'm a new client, and I'm unsure of what service to book.


New clients are encouraged to book the new client special service. This service includes a product consultation and a deep cleansing shampoo, hydration steam treatment and trim. The hair can be styled as WAG (wash and go) or Two Strand Twist.




What if I can't show for my appointment?


If you need to reschedule or cancel, a 24 hour cancellation notice by phone call is required for any and all services booked. The client’s credit card will be charged a $50.00 cancellation fee for all services/appointments without 24 hour cancellation notice.




How can I stay up to date with K&C news and events?


During your next purchase, provide your email to be added to the mailing list for news and reward opportunities. You can also follow us on Instagram @kinksandcurlsatl.




I want to book an appointment, but there are no available times. What can I do?


If all appointments are booked for your desired service, you can add your name to the waitlist for your preferred date and time through our online booking platform. If an appointment becomes available, you will automatically be booked for it.




I'm unsure what products are best for my hair, how can I know which ones to purchase?


With so many products to choose from, we understand if you are not sure on which ones are right for you. By booking a product consultation, we can answer all of your questions about our products by taking a small section of your hair and trying them to see which one is best for your needs.
